SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY SERVICE

Please allow enough time to delivery your gifts. A smiling florist will deliver flowers on the SAME day if you place your order by 10:30am in the delivery time zone. Orders placed later will be delivered the next day.

FRESH FLOWERS and Plants Will NOT BE LEFT at the door. Either EXTREME HEAT or COLD can destroy your gift within minutes. When a recipient is NOT AT HOME at the time of our delivery, your gift will be left in the WARM HANDS of a NICE NEIGHBOR. If no nice neighbors are home either, your floral gift will be returned to the florist’s shop for either a pick up or a redelivery on the following day. In all cases, the florist will call the recipient to advise them of your intended gift and to explore all other pick up or delivery options. An additional fee of $9.99 will be charged to you due to any repeated and unsuccessful delivery attempts because of incorrect addresses or telephone numbers for the recipient.

                                                                NATIONAL HOLIDAYS and SUNDAYS

Your delivery will be made on the DAYS BEFORE a National Holiday or a Sunday as all of our affiliates are closed on these days. Please provide a valid e-mail address, cell, office, or home phone number in case we need to contact you.

SPECIAL MESSENGER DELIVERY SERVICE

SPECIAL MESSENGER DELIVERY SERVICE is available for Family Funeral Flowers, provided we are notified 48 hours in advance, at the normal delivery fees. Any delivery outside regular business hours is as below:

The charge for SUNDAY, HOLIDAY or AFTER HOURS SPECIAL MESSENGER DELIVERY SERVICE is $24.95.
